Dave Millar served in the Army with 1 Para Regiment for 7 years. For his resettlement, he completed a 3 day Career Transition Workshop (CTW) and went on to find employment soon after leaving the Army with Southern Gas Networks. Gary Biggs is Dave’s Team Leader and speaks in this clip about the strong teamwork skills he brings to his role which are above and beyond those of his peers due to his military background.
