Online job matching for organisations looking to employ ex-military personnel
RightJob is the CTP’s free online job board, created specifically for employers with jobs for ex-military personnel, and accessible by over 14,000 skilled and experienced individuals, ready to enter the civilian workforce.Once registered, employers can post and manage their jobs via the online portal. The CTP can provide a job matching service, notifying candidates of appropriate vacancies and providing CV and application advice.
The CTP is the official provider of Armed Forces Resettlement, and is government funded; therefore, this service is provided free of charge to both ex-military personnel and employers, ensuring maximum gain and exposure for both parties.
Registration Process
When you have completed and submitted the online registration form, you will be then be contacted by one of our team to discuss your recruitment needs.
Please note that, for security reasons, we are required by the MoD to conduct checks on all new employers. You will be contacted and notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
Upon approval, you will receive your log-in details via email, and will then be able to log in and post vacancies onto the database at any time convenient to you.
