Our CILT Level 5 Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport provides a unique opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Level 5 Management qualification over a relatively short period of time, via two separate 10-day modules.

The course has been designed for middle managers who want to develop their commercial awareness of the industry, develop their managerial skills and build upon previous training or qualifications acquired in the Services.

It also provides a good foundation for the continuation of your professional development to an executive diploma, or an MSC in Logistics & Transport.

Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor Training Course

Ideal for Service leavers with some logistics experience who are considering a Warehousing and Distribution Supervisor or Team Leader position.

Attendees will complete two training modules and work towards gaining two highly recognised qualifications:

• CILT Level 3 Award in Warehousing
• Level 3 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace

Assessment and cost:

The CILT training is assessed by written assignment while the Health & Safety element requires a multiple-choice examination. Attendees will also have to complete some background reading and evening study throughout the course.

L3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers (Road Haulage)

All transport businesses in the UK require a qualified Transport Manager to legally operate and run transport for hire and reward.

This very intensive, classroom-based course covers:

• The civil, commercial, social and fiscal laws on road haulage
• Business and financial management
• Road safety
• Road haulage vehicle standards
• All paperwork required to transport goods outside of the UK.

Additional study will also be required for course completion.

Assessment and cost:

Attendees will have to provide a case study with questions and complete a multiple-choice exam, with assessments taking place on national exam dates.
