Bank of America has a long history of supporting service leavers, veterans and spouses. In 2015 we proudly signed The Armed Forces Corporate Covenant demonstrating our commitment to attracting, recruiting and retaining service personnel, reservists, veterans and spouses.
Our Military Support and Assistance Group (MSAG) are an active employee network across the US and EMEA supporting serving military, reservists and veterans. Their mission is to provide support to those who continue to serve, whether regular or reserve, those who have served and their families. MSAG actively promote the skills and ethos of military service, teamwork and leadership.
The Chester Military Careers Insight Event is designed to provide service leavers, military spouses and reservists with a broad understanding of the careers available here at Bank of America in Chester and how the military skill set transfers to the roles available. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Senior Leaders and other Service Leavers who have successfully made the transition into a career at Bank of America, whilst also hearing about current and future opportunities.
There will be representation from across the Bank including careers in Technology, Finance, Operations, Audit and HR.
In addition, recruiting managers will be on hand to discuss the transition process as part of an informal networking phase of the day as well as former Insight Day attendees who have since landed permanent roles at the bank.
