WWTW South Pole Allied Challenge
The CTP is proud to announce that our official charity, Walking with the Wounded, has officially unveiled the teams of wounded Service personnel who will race across Antarctica later this year, in an announcement made by the charity’s patron, Prince Harry.

The announcement was shared with WWTW’s partners across the world: Soldier On in Australia, Soldiers to Summits in the US and Soldier On in Canada.

WWTW is the CTP’s official charity and CTP staff have raised almost £10,000 through various initiatives over the past year, contributing towards the re-training and re-skilling of wounded ex-Servicemen and women. The WWTW South Pole Allied Challenge will involve three teams of wounded from four countries racing against each other, and the teams are preparing to depart from the UK in November later this year.

Team members were selected for the South Pole trip following a rigorous process of detailed analysis from all Walking With The Wounded management staff, as well as medical feedback from the expedition Doctor, Psychologist and polar guides. You can view full details of the challenge here.
