New SmartPhone Application to Provide JPA Guidance
A Smart Phone Application, for both iPhones and Android phones, has been developed to provide guidance on how to complete common self service tasks on JPA.

The Application includes instructions for how to maintain Emergency Contacts, apply for leave, claim refunds of subsistence and complete appraisals.

The app can be accessed via the Forces Gateway website (www.forcesgateway.mod.uk) and it supplements guidance already published on the Intranet. Personnel will find the app of use when completing common JPA Self Service tasks.

The smartphone app giving guidance on several JPA self-service tasks, was introduced in Oct 12 and is described in ABN 99/12.
