Are you interested in taking on a management role? Many companies continually look to streamline their processes, helping them to run as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. To suit this industry need, CTP deliver the Level 5 Certificate in Service Improvement (Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt) course, which focuses on learning lean production methods and techniques that help improve delivery.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) has been used globally by organisations since 2001 to analyse inefficiencies within the workplace, and to identify processes that can reduce waste in terms of cost and time. In the UK there are currently over a thousand job roles requiring Lean Six Sigma, with an average salary of >£50k. Source Adzuna.co.uk website.

Our 5-day training course is focused on the practical aspects of LSS and is targeted at Green Belt level, helping middle managers to not only understand but implement these processes in the workplace.

Training is assessed through a work-based assignment, in the form of a Business Improvement Plan that you’ll submit upon completion of the course. On successful completion you’ll receive two certifications that qualify your ability to implement Lean Six Sigma methodology at Green Belt Level - a process that is widely recognised and utilised by industry leads such as Amazon, Jaguar Land Rover, Motorola and many more.

Training can be attended virtually or in person at Cottesmore, Portsmouth or Rosyth Resettlement Centres. ELCAS funding may be used and you can find out more about this training on our website.

“Excellent instructor with lots of knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma. His examples of working with the NHS will be so valuable to my current role within a health and social environment.
