Jaguar Land Rover Supports Early Service Leavers
Jaguar Land Rover's ex-military traineeship programme is part of a series of ongoing programmes developed as its legacy from winning the UK’s ‘Responsible Business of the Year’ in 2013.
Jaguar Land Rover has announced plans to target some of the 6,500 Early Service Leavers who will leave the military this year with a training programme that aims to support them with the transition into the civilian workplace, providing experience.

Jaguar Land Rover chief executive officer Ralf Speth said that former Service personnel have made a huge contribution to the UK and have valuable skills that could be used within the car industry.

He added: “Military servicemen and women are extremely well trained. Their unique skills and behaviours will be an asset to any company.”

This latest initiative follows Jaguar Land Rover's existing work to recruit Service leavers across many areas of their business; click here to view current opportunities and further information about working for Jaguar Land Rover.
