We provide free and confidential support to people experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health. We work with people to meet their own unique goals, whether that’s staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether.
We use our expertise to constantly improve the support available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get the help they need.

We’re looking to build a diverse team with people from a variety of different backgrounds, including lived experience of treatment, people with disabilities and the Armed Forces community. Whatever your strengths and passions are, we have a role for you; with vacancies in both our front line and central support services.
We’re also extremely proud to have been awarded Silver in the Employment Recognition Scheme from the Ministry of Defence, showing our commitment and support to our employees who are members of the Armed Forces Community.
