We are practitioners of a range of commercial vehicles delivering industry expertise to Public Sector clients, and we have experience in supporting delivery initiatives across Defence, Government (including Secure Government) and wider industry, ranging in complexity from infrastructure projects to highly complex safety critical systems, including risk to life activities.
Our recent experience has included business analysis that enabled the following Government major change initiatives:
- Journey to Cloud.
- Transforming Analyst’s Experience.
- Corporate Merger and associated Transformation
- Cyber Security in Schools.
- Age assessment tooling for Asylum Seeking Children.
- Our highly skilled team deliver enterprise-wide solutions, utilising waterfall and Agile methods across a range of infrastructure and digital initiatives for Government and Defence.
To begin the Austin Elliot recruitment process, you should have at least some of the following skills, qualifications and experience.

- Stakeholder engagement/management. Identification, development and mediation of associated relationships to achieve requirements capture.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings, including the generation of agendas, minutes and Records of Actions and Decisions (ROADs)
Qualifications relevant to skillset:
- Business Analyst – BCS Business Analyst or APMG AgileBA
- Business Change – Prosci or APMG Change Manager
- Delivery Manager – APM, PRINCE 2, Agile PM, SAFe, SCRUM Master (PSM/CSM), MSP
- Product Owner – SAFe POPM, CSPO
