An exciting and unique Systems Engineering opportunity as part of our Experis Academy solution. We are offering individuals the chance to be trained and developed to become highly skilled Engineering Manager’s working for a British Defence company.

You will be permanently employed by Experis and paid a competitive salary whilst undertaking market leading systems engineering training. After the training programme has been completed you will be offered a permanent role working directly for the organisation where you will be dealing with complex systems and you’ll develop critical assets from initial requirements through to design, construction and commissioning.

Our customers capabilities are growing, and they are entering new markets around the world so the need for experienced Systems Engineers is critical.

Due to the notable skills shortages for systems engineering in the market we are working with this customer to train and develop individuals to help solve complex problems within the air and maritime domain.

Our customer is one of the UK’s leading defence organisations working at the heart of nuclear

defence. They have a critical mission to support the defence and security of the UK against international threats.
