Many companies are trying to streamline their processes and cut costs along the way, which is why this course focuses on learning lean production methods and techniques that help improve service delivery.

Lean Six Sigma has been used by global organisations since 2001 as a means to analyse inefficiencies within the workplace, and identify processes to reduce waste, cost and time. In fact, there are currently thousands of jobs in the UK requiring Six Sigma knowledge, with an average salary of over £45k – highlighting just how in-demand this level of understanding is.

Our 5-day course covers LSS at Green Belt level, helping middle managers to not only understand but also implement these processes in the workplace. You’ll find the training is very much focused on the practical application of Lean Six Sigma, and offers you the chance to learn new skills for use in future roles.

The training is assessed through a work-based assignment – in the form of a Business Improvement Plan – which has to be submitted after course completion. You’ll then receive two certificates that qualify your ability to implement Lean Six Sigma methodology at Green Belt level – a process that is widely recognised and utilised by major organisations such as Amazon, Jaguar Land Rover, GlaxoSmithKline, Deloitte, Motorola and many more.
