After registering for support with the CTP, the first workshop you'll attend is our three-day Career Transition Workshop (CTW) which enables you to identify and evaluate those skills and qualities you have gained during your time in the Services. You'll be taught how to market those skills and bring them to the attention of potential employers. This workshop is a gateway at the start of your transition where you'll learn how to create a CV, research the job market, network, apply for jobs, deal with interviews, and much more.
