We were originally established in 1926 and have served the defence industry for over 40 years, growing into an agile and diverse company with an expanding Business Development team both in the UK and North America.

Right now, we’re hiring for the following Coventry-based roles:
Supportability / ILS / TTLS Engineer – Responsible for assisting the Integrated Logistic Support Manager and other functions to influence NP Aerospace product design to account for logistic supportability considerations; identifying safety, supportability and maintainability requirements are accounted for through-out its lifecycle.
Quality Engineer – Responsible for multiple unique and mission-critical tasks within a wide scope of projects, providing timely and accurate support to the wider business team.
Quality Inspectors – Responsible for General Quality Control Activities including batch and in-line inspection, recording and monitoring of Quality traceability data and reporting / communicating quality performance.
