Due to rapid growth, THG is looking to recruit strong leaders with experience of managing large teams for our e-commerce fulfilment operations division. If you have a strong track record of motivating and developing a team in the military, you should be capable of ensuring operational targets are met and customer experience is delivered.
THG Military Leaders Internship Programme is a 4-week introduction to THG’s e-commerce fulfilment operations for Senior NCOs/ Junior Officers. You will be provided with training and an insight into our processes, technology and key functions within the operation. THG will be looking to offer permanent opportunities for interns that we feel are capable of effectively managing large teams working on different work streams in our operation, whether that be at Shift Manager or Senior Operations Manager level.
We also have opportunities for junior NCOs where you will join THG as a Team Manager and will be managing a team of 15-50 Warehouse Operatives working in Outbound / Inbound e-commerce fulfilment operations. Your team will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing and sorting orders that are placed with THG using our Warehouse Management System. You will report to a Shift Manager and will support them in ensuring that we meet or exceed our targets for safety, quality and productivity of the fulfilment operation. You will be required to work shifts of up to 12 hours (days / nights) and you will be based at one of our distribution centres in the NW UK.
These fantastic opportunities will be based either at THGs sites in Cheshire or South Manchester, assessments will be run in Q1 and Q2 2021 with the permanent roles starting around August 2021.
