 Opportunities in Technology Enabled Care (TEC) with Helpline Helpline is a Nationwide Service providing personal alarms to the elderly and vulnerable, giving peace of mind to customers and their families. Help! At the press of a button. Helpline have a field team who visit customers nationwide and a South West Region office in Exeter with a marketing team, providing customer support and distributing stock.

Helpline are scaling up and have opportunities in all departments. The Exeter office is looking for Customer Support team members to look after new and existing customers, as well as an Assistant in the Stock Department to help with stock preparation and distribution. We’re also needing to strengthen the Field Team with home-based team members, with close proximity to Exeter.

All roles require empathy with the elderly, an ability to follow Company procedure to the letter, and meticulous attention to detail. Our Stock/Supplies Department also welcomes those with some technical expertise with telecoms/electronic devices.

Customer Support Team members will work in a small team and need to be familiar with the Microsoft suite of programmes. You’ll also be trained in the use of emergency response portals.

Field Team members are home-based and have a lettered Company van, which must be kept to the Company standards. You’ll be issued with daily appointments for visiting prospective or existing customers, and will be expected to demonstrate, install and service personal alarms. All equipment and tools are provided.

Helpline provide initial and ongoing training. There are plenty of company social events and we also support reservist/cadet commitments.
