Marlowe Compliance Services Every day, we help manufacturers, commercial businesses, public organisations, institutions, FMs and maintenance companies look for better ways to perform strategic, non-core processes managing water, air hygiene and ACoP L8 compliance.

We are the leading water treatment, waste-to-energy, water re-use, wastewater and water hygiene specialist, helping customers more effectively manage water systems (heating, cooling), blending, supplying and managing chemicals, as well as cleaning and maintaining critical plant and equipment.

We ensure clean, safe water, fresh air and exacting hygiene. We extend service life, enhance operational efficiency, and help customers manage Legionella risk. We also conserve energy, reduce water use and maximise safety responsibly and predictably with measurable results.



We currently employ over 1,700 staff in the UK and Ireland in both field and support staff capacities. Some of our field staff work in different areas of the business and we employ people in varying roles from Legionella Risk Assessors, Technicians, Asbestos Surveyors, Service Engineers, Plumbers and Electricians to name a few.

We also have dedicated training facilities and Trainee positions for those wishing to step into our business without prior experience.

Diversity and Inclusion

We’re proud of our Diversity and Inclusion working groups. Internally, we have four main working groups of which one is exclusively for Armed Forces personnel. The group meet regularly to discuss various topics such as recruitment, how to support staff through a transition, and up and coming events.

We’ve also recently been awarded the Gold Armed Forces Covenant award, an honour we’re incredibly proud of.
