Capt (Retd) Richard Scott BA(Hons) MSc Chartered FCIPD – HR Director HML Group.
Richard left the Army in 2005 having served 10 years with the military. He joined the HML Group in 2015 as the HR Director having successfully re-trained following his military career. Richard comments:
