Proud to Care Devon is part of Devon County Council and works in partnership with adult social care providers across Devon to support with recruiting and retaining staff. We provide:

- free 1-2-1 support for people who are considering working in adult social care and want more information

- signposting to free training courses in the sector
If you’re new to social care, relevant experience is not essential as full training will be provided; it’s more about having the right values and motivation to work that we believe is key. If you’re caring and compassionate with good communication skills, social care could be a great fit for you.
We offer a range of free training courses to support you into employment and will do everything we can to progress your career within the social care industry.
