What we do

We promote and protect the UK’s core national interests of security, prosperity and sovereignty, while working to shape an open and stable international order.

We work all over the world in 281 embassies and high commissions abroad.

Our main bases are:

  • Abercrombie House, East Kilbride
  • Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes
  • King Charles Street, Westminster
