Our most recent exciting project is the award of a carbon capture licence and involvement in the MNZ Cluster. This has the potential to be one of the largest carbon stores in the UK and Europe, offering industrial emitters a world-leading decarbonisation solution, all while creating new green jobs and investment opportunities.
The technical apprenticeship scheme
We’re extremely excited to be launching a technical apprenticeship scheme. This three-year programme combines structured learning with hands-on experience at our Barrow in Furness site, as well as opportunities to visit our offshore assets.
Not only will you gain a formal qualification alongside first-hand work experience, but you’ll also get paid for it!
In this first year of the programme, we’re looking to source four apprentices who will be sponsored by our Barrow in Furness site – one in each of the following disciplines:
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Instrument & Controls
- Process
