What are the routes to apply?

Have you heard about the ‘Great Place to Work for Veterans’ Scheme?

We’re part of the ‘Great Place to Work for Veterans’ initiative. Discover our Military Transition Scheme

Our Military Transition Scheme (MTS) is designed to remove barriers to employment for those leaving the military. You can join us on a 23-month paid contract, taking on a role that is suited to your skillset acquired throughout your time in service.

Rather than a traditional interview process, you won’t be competing against other candidates – instead, we offer an informal chat to discuss your experience and suitability for the job. We’ll support you to bridge any gaps in your CV and prepare for interviews, and whenever a suitable permanent role becomes available, we’ll coach you to apply.

This can be during or at the end of your fixed-term contract – whenever you feel ready. Discover more about our scheme and how to apply on our website.
