We recently hosted our annual Employer Forum at J.P. Morgan's head office in London alongside a selection of current employers, Service leavers with amazing success stories and the UK’s Minister for Defence People, Veterans and Service Families, Dr Andrew Murrison MP.
The goal of the event was to emphasise the value Service leavers bring to organisations, and highlight how we work with employers to give them access to that pool of talent.

The event offered a unique opportunity for employers to meet teams across the CTP and to learn more about the wealth of support we offer to fit their recruitment needs. We showcased the Service leaver's journey from military into the civilian workplace and the support we offer along the way, before our Training team took to the stage to talk about our vocational training opportunities and courses, showing how they're aligned to meet the needs of the industry and the job market.
