The Parking Attendant Role 

Our Parking Attendants are the eyes and ears of the local community, patrolling areas, providing advice to residents, and members of the public, whist enforcing road traffic orders and issuing parking fines. You will play a significant role in reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality through the enforcement of parking restrictions. 

If you like working outdoors, walking and enjoy dealing with the public, this role would be perfect for you.

Success Stories

Graham Dow is a Senior Team Leader in one of our Edinburgh bases. Graham is former armed forces personnel and has been with the company since he left. He started at NSL in 2001 as a Parking Attendant making his way up to Senior Parking attendant by 2003. He then moved on to become a Team Leader in 2009 and finally was successful in filling the role as Senior Team Leader in 2017. Graham runs a base and is the line manager of over 50 people.
