Tea, biscuits & chat

As part of our launch with the CTP, we held a "tea, biscuits & chat" with some of our ex-military personnel to find out how they transitioned from the military and got to where they are now, helping us understand how we can provide the best possible support to anyone else joining from the military in the future.

We’re lucky to have a broad range of talent from the Navy, Army and Royal Marines working together across different parts of the organisation, from Sales to Facilities Management. And so we took the opportunity to discuss some of the challenges of leaving the military and settling into a new way of life.
