We’re looking for self-starters who are comfortable using ‘Lean Start-Up’ methodology in a new team in Defence. You’ll understand the bigger picture and be flexible in your approach to ensure DAIC meets its strategic objectives. You’ll also have an innovative mindset that makes you curious about how new technologies can enhance Defence outcomes, and will be motivated by the ambitious, safe and responsible use of AI in Defence.

We firmly believe that Service leavers and Veterans would be excellent candidates for the DAIC due to your pre-existing understanding of Defence needs, and highly valuable transferable skills developed throughout your time in service.
