Join us on a 23-month scheme where you can bridge CV gaps and gain hands-on experience in a civilian role, with support available to help you apply for a permanent position with us as soon as you’re ready. You’ll work alongside civilian colleagues, former veterans and our military customers to make a real impact for the UK Armed Forces.
We’re pleased to be working with CTP and the Cabinet Office as part of the Going Forward into Employment (GFiE) scheme. This scheme is designed to support military personnel and their families experiencing barriers in gaining employment, to find suitable career pathways.
Through this scheme, you can join us on a fixed-term contract of up to 23 months without the need for a formal interview. From CV writing and interview preparation to civilian engineering experience, we’ll support and coach you to apply for a permanent role when it becomes available.
We’re currently advertising for Land and Aircraft Engineers to join us on this scheme, with opportunities available across the UK. As part of our team, you’ll help manage technical risk, improve resilience and deliver innovations and capabilities that support those who protect the UK, our allies and our national interests.
Over the next few months, we’ll be launching more job opportunities across all our domains, including Land, Air, Ships and Corporate.
