Customer service runs through everything that we do at AAT and we regularly recruit for Customer Service Advisor positions. These roles typically involve communicating with our students, members and employers over the phone or via email, making sure they receive the best possible customer experience. We also recruit for more specialist roles in Marketing, Policy, IT and all across the business. Knowledge of accounting is not necessary for most roles at AAT, what is usually more important is your attitude towards customer service and other transferrable skills or knowledge.

We’re proud of our achievements over the last couple of years, including winning a Sunday Times best companies award in 2017 and also receiving the ‘Employer Newcomer of the Year’ award by the City of London’s ‘The Brokerage’ for our work with our first intake of summer interns.
