Chris St George, Chairman
Chris is an investor, entrepreneur and business operator with a 20-year track record of building businesses and creating shareholder value.
Chris was the founding director and leading shareholder of The Third Space Health & Fitness prior to its successful sale to Graphite Capital.
Chris was an officer in the British Army, serving with the Coldstream Guards and Parachute Regiment. He attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, receiving the Sword of Honour in 1992.
James Bashall, Senior Advisor
Lieutenant General James Bashall CB CBE is a retired as a senior British Army officer who fulfilled the following senior appointments:
- Comd Home Command
- GOC 1st (UK) Armoured Division
- Chief of Staff (Operations at the Permanent Joint Headquarters)
- Colonel Commandant of the Army Physical Training Corps
- CO 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment
Ivan Rowlatt, Operations Director
Ivan joined Be Military Fit in January 2019 as Operations Director. He is a former Army Officer who served 12 years in the Parachute Regiment.

BMF will remain the leader in outdoor training but will now incorporate a range of scalable training systems including mobile training systems and containers.
