Established in 1987, Havencare is a registered Health and Social Care charity in the UK, providing person-centred care, homes and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism across the Southwest. Our Roles

Havencare is currently looking for Support Workers and Team Leaders across the South West.

We’re particularly keen for Service leavers to join us as Support Workers in our new and exciting service in Illogan, Redruth. You’ll have the opportunity to support an individual moving into their new home in June, and join them in their journey to maintain new life skills and ensure they live their life through opportunity and choice.

We’re also looking for a Team Leader to lead this new team (you’ll need to hold a driver’s licence for this role).

We believe that Service leavers have much to offer to these roles, including resilience, problem solving, motivation and many other valuable skills! We’re particularly looking for people who are great organisers and motivators, and who are able to support individuals to achieve success with an outcome focused support plan.
