Be part of the global energy transition with Schneider Electric! With our 130,000+ global workforce, Schneider Electric continues to push forward to be the digital partner for sustainability and efficiency by further investing in its people. Why? We’re on a journey to a net-zero future which transforms the way we use energy.

Over 60% of carbon emissions can be reduced through electrification and finding more efficient ways to consume energy. Which is why our mission to inform, educate and supply products which enable that to happen now.

Who are Schneider Electric?

We are a global leader in digital transformation for energy management and automation. Our technologies enable the world to use energy in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner. We are dedicated to promoting a global economy that is both ecologically viable and highly productive. At Schneider, our purpose is to empower everyone to make the most of our energy and resources, bridging progress and sustainability for all. We call this “Life Is On”.

With a legacy spanning 180 years, we’ve continually innovated and adapted across industries, placing ourselves at the forefront of energy management and automation. With a strong commitment to positive environmental and social impact that extends across all continents, we’re well-positioned to play a key role in securing a sustainable future. Electricity is one of the most viable means to address climate change, and so its only right that it is sustainable, ethically produced, equitably distributed, and made accessible to all.

Climate leadership now means aiming for a global temperature increase of no more than 1.5°C, and companies are being called upon by stakeholders and investors to be more aggressive, innovative, and transparent in preventing climate risks. This is set against the backdrop of over 1 billion people globally still needing access to energy. To address these challenges, we provide energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability to transform electricity, and are committed to achieving carbon-neutral operations and using 100% renewable electricity by 2030.

Meet Oscar Maynard, Digital Transformation Consultant

“I joined Schneider Electric at the start of 2023 after 6 years in The Corps of Royal Engineers. I wanted to be part of somewhere that has sustainability at its core and is delivering meaningful action in achieving a net-zero future. The welcoming environment meant my transition has been very smooth, while the motivation and sense of empowerment across the company has allowed me to hit the ground running.

"I’m now in a consulting role, helping industries digitalise their operations to do more with less; increasing productivity whilst reducing the consumption of resources. Every day so far has been different, and I experience first-hand the impact we make. There’s been a lot to learn in my new role, and so I’m grateful for all the support that has been made available. The skills I gained in the military have undoubtedly helped and allowed me to enjoy what I am doing now.”
