The FDM Ex-Forces Programme is run by ex-service personnel and employs ex-servicemen and women from all ranks and across all three services. FDM have launched over 825+ Ex-Forces careers since 2014.

There are progression opportunities towards Principal Consultant level and the opportunity to explore diverse roles and assignments for a range of global companies.

• 18:00 – 20:00 - Overview of the FDM Ex-Forces Programme delivered by Norman Yarwood (Regional Manager Scotland, Ex-Forces Programme). In addition, you will hear from our Ex-Forces consultants on the programme and a Guest Speaker from Business.
