RightJob: on-line job matching

If you have not already used RightJob, we would recommend this as an effective way to get your recruitment message across to Service leavers. RightJob allows employers to advertise job opportunities on-line, which are viewable by thousands of ex-military personnel. The service is free of charge to employers as well as the job applicants, ensuring maximum gain and exposure for both parties. For those employers who prefer candidates to apply on-line on their organisation's website we will simply provide a link from RightJob to the site.

The advantage of all vacancies being posted on RightJob is that it allows our Employment Consultants to alert suitable candidates to job opportunities, ensuring CTP and RightJob provide a personalised and integrated service to employers as well as Service leavers.
