Senior Operations Manager
Basic Requirement: Degree/equivalent.
As a Senior Operations Manager you could be running the day-to-day operations of one of our first mile Fulfillment Centres or middle mile Sortation Centres. It is a key position in the Amazon team and you are responsible for optimising our fulfilment, transportation, sortation and delivery network. You will be expected to display sound leadership in order to properly maximise the weekly, monthly and annual performance of this key operation.Within the last mile Delivery Station you could be a Senior Delivery Station Manager or even have responsibility for 3 or 4 smaller Delivery Stations.
Operations Manager
Basic Requirement: Degree/equivalent.
As an Operations Manager you could be leading up to 500 people in one of our first mile Fulfillment Centres or running your own site as a Delivery Station Manager. In a Delivery Station, you’ll work with key business partners, such as Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES and Engineering. Furthermore, you’ll track and drive both the operational goals and metrics of your Delivery Station, while regularly presenting your findings to the senior leadership team. In a Fulfillment Centre or Sortation Centre, your role will be pivotal in the overall management, control, organisation and direction of either Outbound or Inbound operational areas of your Site.
Area Manager
Basic Requirement: Degree/equivalent.
As an Area Manager you will lead cross-functional teams in one of our first mile Fulfillment Centres, middle mile Sortation Centres or final mile Delivery Stations. You will be a people manager first and foremost and you will also map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows and design solutions. You will think analytically about project management with attention to detail, have the ability to influence others and have exceptional organisational skills.
Operations Specialist
As an Operations Specialist you will oversee the shift management in one of our first mile Fulfillment Centres, middle mile Sortation Centres or final mile Delivery Stations. Our Operations Specialists drive the pulse of our operations on the ground and play a key role in getting our customers’ orders out to them in every step of the chain.
