The safety-focused Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team works to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the equipment that handles physical material within our global network of Fulfillment Centres.

In order to keep our Fulfilment Centres running smoothly, we need to make sure our teammates there are safe. Amazon’s Workplace Health and Safety professionals do just that - working with managers, associates and governmental entities to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Our Fulfillment & Operations Managers manage the heart of the Amazon shopping experience. We give them ownership of their processes, so they can motivate their teams and continuously improve on their successes
