Recruitment Process and Interview

The Recruitment Process

  • you will be required to apply for opportunities through our online system
  • ensure all information provided is correct and you have completed all required fields
  • you can then submit your application. Once you have completed and submitted, your application will be reviewed by a member of the Recruitment Team or the Hiring Manager (depending on the role)
  • please allow two weeks from the closing date of the role to receive feedback on your application (please bear in mind this timescale is based on the Recruiters feedback and may differ depending upon individual hiring managers)
  • you may then be invited for a telephone interview, face to face interview or assessment centre (depending upon the role)

Interview

  • research us! Take a look on our website and our social media channels, get a feel for the Group and the business you are applying for a role in
  • prepare some questions in advance. You could ask about the role, the working environment, how progression or further training looks like for this role. Going through the job description you have may help you to think of some questions
  • allow plenty of time for travel and dress appropriately
  • remember to breath! After all you are interviewing us as a company you’d potentially like to work for as much as we are interviewing you for the position!
  • run your wrists under a cold tap if you are feeling a bit hot and sweaty before the interview to cool you
  • it’s ok to ask the interviewer to come back to a question you are not sure about (as long as it’s not every question!)
  • you can also ask for clarification on a question if you aren't sure the kind of response the interviewer is looking for
