The Selection Process

Initially all CVs are reviewed against the essential criteria of the person specifications, namely qualifications, experience, knowledge and IT skills. The candidates with the highest scores that have met all the essential criteria are then invited to attend an interview to discuss the role, their experience and what we are looking for in more detail. For some of the technical roles you may be required to take part in a technical assessment as part of the interview or do a presentation. Depending on the role you may be invited back for a second interview which will usually consist of a site tour and meeting more of the team.

If you are successful you will be offered the position and given a full induction and familiarisation during your first month of employment.
