The role of Shift Team Manager is critical for delivering day to day excellence across our production teams, by leading, inspiring and motivating teams of production staff.

As one of our production operators, you’ll be preparing and operating a range of semi-automatic and fully-automatic machinery involved in the manufacturing production, filling, packaging or inspection of the products we manufacture.

As one of our engineering technicians, you’ll be providing maintenance support, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, dealing with breakdowns and providing support to investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will provide technical guidance, coaching and training to managers across the business to enable them to effectively manage EHS performance and provide training to enable staff to safely carry out their duties.
