Your application will be reviewed by our Chief Engineer to make sure you have the technical expertise required for this challenging role. If you pass that stage a member of the recruitment team will give you a call to discuss the role in more detail, and to find out a bit more about you. Following that you will be invited to attend a face to face interview. The interview will assess your technical competence and also your behavioural style, and usually lasts about 90 minutes. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
