The Career Transition Workshop (CTW) is a three-day workshop that will enable you to identify and evaluate those skills and qualities you have gained during your time in the Services. Having gained an understanding of your unique skills, you will then be taught how to develop your self-marketing material so as to bring them to the attention of potential employers.

  • Overview of the CTP website including using the career tools within myPlan
  • Demonstration of our online job searching site, RightJob
  • Access to PCs for CV writing, researching and applying for jobs 
  • Booking an initial consultation with your Career Consultant
  • Development of your Personal Resettlement Plan
