The Career Transition Workshop (CTW) is a three-day workshop that will enable you to identify and evaluate those skills and qualities you have gained during your time in the Services. Having gained an understanding of your unique skills, you will then be taught how to develop your self-marketing material so as to bring them to the attention of potential employers.

Please note that in accordance with JSP 534, a Senior Officer is defined as being OF5 (RN Capt, Army /RM Col or RAF Gp Capt) and above in rank.
