Have you considered a career in environmental sustainability? Why choose a ‘green career’?

When opting for a career in sustainability or the environmental sector, you’ll be making a significant and positive difference to tackling climate change, and will be paving the way for a better, more sustainable way of life – helping people now and in the future.

‘Green jobs’ are set to grow exponentially over the next decade to meet worldwide environmental sustainability goals; and we’re already seeing signs of this with 57,000 roles mentioning ‘sustainability’ and a further 26,000 roles mentioning ‘environmental’ on Adzuna.

CTP RightJob also has 777 opportunities requiring sustainability skills and almost 500 environmental roles, right now.

  • Awareness of current and relevant environmental legislation, and knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS), particularly ISO 14001.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and report writing.
