Why take this course?

This introductory 2 day plastering course is ideal if you are  planning to undertake some plastering work around your property. You will learn all the skills needed, including the tools to use, application methods and finishing techniques. It is a very practical ‘hands- on’ course and  takes place in our custom built workshop. It is taught by an experienced tradesman who is an expert in his field and can show you all the ‘tricks of the trade’ to achieve that professional standard.

  • Selection and safe use of tools
  • Materials and mixes for undercoats
  • Application of undercoat plasters
  • Finishing coat plasters and application of finishing coat
  • How to patch and repair plaster walls
  • Relevant Health and safety
