Join us at our bespoke Open Day for the Armed Forces community, where we’re offering an opportunity for those interested to find out more about careers and the training required for the 7 allied health professions we train. This includes dietitians, occupational therapists, optometrists, paramedics, physiotherapists, podiatrists and social workers.

Date: 17th April 2024 - 12:30 - 15:00

Location: InterCity Place, next to Plymouth railway station, PL4 6AB

Event: You’ll be able to enjoy a live-streamed virtual work experience session in collaboration with NHS England and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, including a ‘bird’s eye view’ of a live clinical intervention undertaken by occupational therapists.

This will be followed by a meet and greet with Service leavers who have already transitioned into health and social care careers, along with current students and academic staff. There will also be members of our admissions team on hand for you to begin discussions about your qualifications/life experience, and how these can support your entry into one of our courses.
