Revolutionising digital training

We’re thrilled to have been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Services (CSS) Digital & Legacy Application Services (DALAS) Framework – to provide capability and pipeline services through a comprehensive academy programme. This is a significant move aimed at revolutionising digital training and skills development within UK government – and represents a crucial step towards bridging the digital skills gap, as well as shifting away from legacy technologies. But perhaps more importantly, it signifies a commitment to building a workforce capable of driving the public sector into the digital age.

The Mercator Academy

At Mercator Digital, we offer an intensive bootcamp-style digital upskilling course, designed to update candidates on the latest programming languages and enhance their commercial viability to our clients. Our aim is to prepare participants for a seamless transition into roles where they can provide tech support and engage in software development in real-world settings. This comprehensive course blends predominantly remote learning with some classroom-based study at our London office.


Empowering trainees for tech careers

Our software development bootcamp is designed to equip trainees with the skills needed to enter the tech sector at an entry-level position, empowering them to contribute effectively in the tech space right from the start. While a basic knowledge of IT is required, familiarity with programming languages like Java is advantageous. However, the most crucial requirement for this programme is a strong desire to learn and deliver the highest standards set by Mercator Digital.
