We have delivered training to many thousands of Service leavers for the past 20 years and, as the MOD’s official provider of resettlement, we are uniquely placed to understand the needs of those leaving the military. Our training takes into account the transferrable skills and personal qualities of Service leavers, and is designed to give you the best possible chance at interview.
We offer the best value for money
Our Contract Funded courses are pre-paid by the MOD as part of the resettlement package and offer the best value for money – the training can be worth up to thousands of pounds but only costs you the equivalent of your resettlement training grant (or less). We also offer a wide range of Non-Contract Funded training which represents excellent value for money, with small class sizes and additional course content.

The CTP contract is delivered by Right Management who are global career experts and part of the ManpowerGroup – we have links with thousands of organisations across all industry sectors, and our knowledge of the changing world of work helps shape our training courses.
Our bespoke training is designed specifically for Service leavers
We understand that those leaving the military may not have on-the-job experience in the civilian workplace. Unlike other providers, CTP courses are designed with Service leavers in mind, and include additional content to help fill any gaps in commercial knowledge, to ensure you’re speaking the right language with employers.

Because we’re contracted by the MOD, our training is subject to a wide range of quality controls. You can book CTP training with confidence, knowing that all courses are assessed and approved by MOD, and subject to internal audit processes and the external awarding bodies’ terms and conditions.
