Career Opportunities

With the rapid increase in cyber attacks, organisations can no longer concentrate on protecting their systems and networks. More companies are realising the need to have specialist Penetration Testers who have the ability to carry out authorised, simulated attacks to determine how vulnerable an organisation is and what steps need to be taken to protect systems and devices.

For those considering a ‘defensive’ Cyber Security role, there is great benefit to gaining an understanding of ethical hacking and this training should enhance your skills and along with other IT Training and experience, open up potential employment opportunities.

Service leavers seeking to concentrate on ‘offensive’ Cyber Security will gain practical hands on skills through this training, which leads to a globally recognised qualification.

Potential job roles may include:

Ethical Hacker

Cyber Security Analyst

Penetration Tester

Vulnerability Tester

Security Analyst

Network Security Operations/Administrators.

Information Security Professionals

Major Employers frequently request the CEH qualification within job descriptions.  The average salary for experienced Ethical Hackers  in the UK is £70,000 (Source Adzuna)
