Why take this course?

This course will greatly benefit Managers who would be involved in introducing and leading change within an organisation. The course would also be a useful addition to those considering a project or programme management role as this will often incorporate changes which affect staff.

The training is designed to help change management practitioners to define and practise change management successfully, offering practical tools, techniques and models to support any change within an organisation.

“I thought the tutor was excellent in his delivery and made me understand the content enough to pass the exam which was the goal. Having no previous formal training in change management I thought he did exceptionally well to get me over the line.”
