Course Content 
Your CV is your marketing document and therefore it is important that it stands out from the crowd. How do you ensure that? This webinar will demonstrate best practice in developing a compelling CV.
The 90 minute session will focus on CV format, content and the importance of aligning the document to the needs of the employer. It will also inform you on how to demonstrate your capability and potential with the use of impactful achievement statements.

We will cover the following areas:

  • Understand the purpose and different styles of CV
  • Choose a format that’s best for you and your market
  • Describe your achievements using concise, powerful and memorable language
  • Help you construct a winning CV in the light of best practice
  • The importance of covering letters

It will also include top tips on how to break through the automated tracking systems that many employers use to sift CVs

Please note: you will need to ensure that your computer/tablet/phone will be able to run the Teams software or App prior to attending the event. Some Firewalls may prevent easy access to the online platform, so please check your settings.
