What is MSPĀ® 
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is an internationally recognised best practice programme management method, which can be tailored to suit any type of project or business need particularly those organisations going through a change, delivering large scale or multiple projects.

Content 
  • Know facts, terms and concepts relating to each theme
  • Understand how each governance theme relates to the principles
  • Understand the approach to the treatment of each governance theme
  • Appreciate how each governance theme is applied throughout the transformational flow
  • Understand the responsibilities involved in each governance theme
  • Apply and tailor the relevant aspects of each governance theme to a scenario, when creating or reviewing products or making decisions related to each theme, in any or all of the processes
  • Identify, analyse and distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate application of each governance theme throughout a programme scenario
  • Practitioner preparation and application of MSP.

Today, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) qualification is seen as the requirement for anyone wanting to progress in the industry with employers increasingly looking to their project managers to be highly skilled specialist deliverers, with expertise way beyond having experience. Opportunities exist as Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers, PMO Managers and Supporting roles as well as self-employed consultancy.

Every effort will be made to give the Service leaver as much notice as possible and a reasonable course alternative or alternatives may be suggested, if possible. If this is not possible or the alternative(s) is/are not acceptable to the Service leaver, Right Management, who deliver all non-contract courses listed, may refund in full the total amount paid to date for non-contract funded courses, or, in the case of MOD Contract Funded courses, in agreement with the MOD, the Service leavers IRTC grant will not be notionally reduced.
